Meet The Board

Russ the Runester  was born November 14, 1954 in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. He learned early not to ask questions and keep his feeling, insight, and his experiences to himself. His interest in witchcraft and magic has been a lifetime obsession. By the age of 15 he was Astral traveling consciously. At age 20  he was spirt walking, all this came naturally to him.  His early influences were Rudolf Stiner, Calos Constanta, Israel Regardie and Joseph Campbell just to name a few. He also attended a spiritualist church in OKC and dedicated he life to Odin at an early age, all this became the foundation of his belief system. At 19, he bought his first tarot deck and began studying and reading them. In 1984 the study of Runes became his new  obsession.1994 he joined the Organization of Psychic Education Research Associates, which later changed its name to Oklahoma Psychic Educational Research Association, where he started doing readings for the public. Around the same time he was a founding member of a Coven which were an eclectic group of witches and shamans, where he learned to share what he saw and felt. In 2006 he became a seer for a Kiowa medicine man for 9 years and in 2019 became initiated in Fairy Witchcraft. He is now OPERA's acting President.

Amber is the first Vice President of OPERA as well as Chairperson over Membership and Education. She is also a small business owner, starting Amber's Candle in 2015. She is a Psychic Medium, Reiki Master and Instructor, as well as a High Priestess.

As the second Vice President of OPERA as well as Web Master and Chairperson over Marketing, Rae is responsible for the overall appearance and branding of OPERA. They are a registered Minister with the State of Oklahoma and Priestess.

As acting Treasurer, Slater is responsible for OPERA's bookkeeping and  overall finances. He insures that all members are in good standing and accounts are balanced.

Elf is the Secretary for OPERA and a licensed Minister. She came into this life with several gifts which led her into Metaphysics. She has studied herbal medicine, Energy Healing, Homeopathic Medicine, Aromatherapy, Bach Flower Remedies and Tarot Reading for over 40 years. She also does Intuitive Nutritional Counseling and Ionic Foot Detox Baths as well.  

Jerry maintains order for OPERA and is the acting Chairperson of the Ethics Committee. Under the guidance of Spirit, Jerry utilizes the natural talents in his hands that seem to find the right spots to identify the energy blocks or injury sites and redirect the energy flows for healing.
During his time in the U.S. Navy, he was trained as a Suicide/Crisis Hotline Counselor, Group, Individual, Substance Abuse, and Marriage & Family Therapist; serving military personnel, their families and the surrounding civilian communities. In addition to psychotherapy modalities (Gestalt, Behavior Modification, Neural Linguistic Programming and Dream therapy to name a few), he had informal training in Swedish, Rolfing, Deep tissue and Shiatsu massage techniques. He has an Associate’s Degree in Mental Health and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, and
has been trained in HT1, 2 and 3. He is a Licensed Minister, Book 2014 Page 56.
